About Me
Hi, I’m Cristalynne Dupree — founder of Impact First Grants, LLC.
I bring over a decade of experience in nonprofit, education, and community communications. I’ve seen firsthand how the right funding can transform programs and expand opportunities for the people they serve.
At Impact First Grants, I help organizations, community leaders, and emerging initiatives translate their ideas into compelling, fundable programs. My goal is simple: to secure resources that allow your work to grow, thrive, and create lasting change.

Stories of Impact
I draw on years of experience partnering with nonprofits, schools, community leaders, and emerging initiatives doing meaningful work across communities. These stories show how purpose-driven ideas—whether from established organizations or emerging leaders—become funded, sustainable impact.
"Although Cristalynne was with Saddle Up! for only a short time, she made a lasting impact. She successfully led and completed a major two-year United Way funding project, ensuring its success and positioning us firmly for the future.
Cristalynne was a dedicated, thoughtful, and collaborative team member who quickly became an asset to our organization. We are grateful for her contributions and the professionalism she brought to her work."

As an art instructor at Carpenter Art Garden in Memphis, I developed and taught the organization’s inaugural adult art series. What began as a pilot class quickly became a creative outlet for neighborhood residents to connect, express themselves, and build confidence through art. The experience deepened my belief in the power of community programs to foster both creativity and belonging.
“Cristalynne brought warmth, structure, and vision to our very first adult art class. She helped participants see themselves as artists and built a space where creativity and community could flourish.”
